Pun Chee vs Keke Yee

I’ve been working on a new series designed for conditioning and strengthening both arms and legs. It blends dynamic tension exercises with taiji and qigong movements and principles. If you have been in my Monday nights classes regularly, you have likely experienced some of the movements in bits and pieces such as Tiger Fist or Buddha Make Like Hulk.

This is intended for an advancing student looking to go forward with next level. I’m still trying to determine how I want to delivery this series (and others I’ve developed) – whether as a personal or small group training or as a seminar-style class.
